THE CITADEL · $59/MO

BUILD YOUR OWN AI COMMAND CENTER

Not a dashboard. A command center: one page, one Oracle brain at the top that takes a plain-English instruction and delegates it to a Council of specialist agents. Every card lights up only when its agent does real work — a real row changes in a real database — so a single glance tells you where things are happening. Open a streaming chat on any agent and watch it think in real time. It runs on your actual live data, not a mockup. You build the whole thing from zero, on a roughly $25–40/mo stack, even if you've never shipped a line of code.

WHAT IT IS

The command center, not the commodity

A single web page that runs like a holding company — one brain at the top, a Council of specialists underneath, all of it alive on your real data.

The AI command-center dashboard is a single web page that runs like a holding company with one brain at the top. Instead of juggling ten disconnected bots, you get one orchestrating agent (the Oracle) that takes a plain-English instruction and delegates it to a Council of specialist agents, each owning one domain of your work: revenue, automation, proof, money, relationships, and discipline.

The page is alive. Each agent is a card that lights up only when its agent does real work — a real row changes in a real database — so a single glance tells you exactly where things are happening, with no fake activity. You can open a streaming chat console on any agent and watch it think and answer in real time, and the whole thing reflects your actual live data, not a mockup.

The dashboard track teaches you to build your own version of this command center from zero, on a roughly $25–40/mo stack, even if you have never shipped a line of code. You are not buying a course about a dashboard; you are watching a real operator build his AI enterprise on camera and getting the exact system to copy, panel by panel — so by the end you have a real, deployed, self-protecting command center of your own.

The lights never lie: every agent stays dark until a real event fires, so one glance tells you exactly where work is happening.

THE COUNCIL

What each agent does for you

Seven specialists, one brain. Each is a card on your page that lights up only when it does real work — never a fake number, never a demo blink.

The Oracle

THE BRAIN

You stop managing ten tools and run everything from one instruction. You type one plain-English request and the Oracle decides which specialist should handle it, hands it off, and shows you the answer. You build the orchestrating brain and the live dashboard it sits in, so one person can run what normally takes a team.

The Rainmaker

THE CLOSER'S QUEUE

You wake up to a ranked list of exactly who to call, with the reason and the opener already written, so you stop wasting the first 20 minutes of your day deciding. You build a live Call Queue that re-ranks itself the instant a lead goes hot, with no refresh. It does not dial for you — you still close — but it makes the next right call obvious.

The Herald

VOICE & AUTOPILOT

You give your agents a fixed identity and voice they cannot break, then put the boring repeatable work on autopilot. You write the soul that makes an agent a real character, turn one piece of work into a week of posts, run email and voice automations that fire while you sleep, and see every job run.

The Armorer

THE PROOF WALL

You turn invisible work into proof a skeptic cannot argue with. You build a public Proof Wall that pulls real run-receipts from live data, so it cannot be faked or edited, plus a portfolio that updates itself and the skills to ship a small tool in an afternoon. This makes a stranger believe your AI work is real.

The Keeper

THE MONEY BRAKE

You build the one part of the dashboard that protects you from yourself. Log a loss or hit a cap and the database itself shrinks your budget and locks new spending for a cooling-off window, with no override button. You learn guardrails, spend caps, and runway math so an automated system can never quietly drain your account.

The Cartographer

THE NETWORK MAP

You stop treating your network as a dead contact list and start seeing it as a living map where warm relationships glow and cold ones fade, with brightness computed from real signal you cannot fake. You build the view that shows the shortest warm path to anyone and an agent that flags relationships going cold.

The Gatekeeper

DISCIPLINE & VISION

You build the agent that gates YOU — the one that defines your non-negotiables, writes you a morning briefing while you sleep, and judges what deserves your attention first. You also get your first vision build, an agent that reads a photo and returns an honest answer, never a fake number.

WHAT YOU'LL BUILD

Twelve builds, panel by panel

Each module is a real, deployable piece of the command center. You build it with me, keep every file, and end with a system that's yours.

  1. The Oracle. Build the orchestrating brain and the mental model, then stand it up as a real running agent on the Claude Agent SDK, on a roughly $25–40/mo stack.
  2. Plan-then-build and swarms. The operator habits that separate real builders from prompt-and-pray, including when to fan one agent out into several.
  3. The Council page. Seven agent cards on one page that light up live the instant a real database row changes, with the film-like shimmer effect done in pure CSS, no 3D.
  4. Light a node from a real event. Wire Supabase Realtime so a single live change makes the right agent glow with no refresh.
  5. Streaming Oracle chat. A console where your agent answer streams in word-by-word, with a thinking state and a real cost logged on every turn.
  6. Give an agent a soul. The system-prompt identity and laws that make an agent a fixed character it cannot break.
  7. The Rainmaker Who-To-Call queue. A live, self-ranking call screen with the why-now reason and opener on every card.
  8. The Keeper money brake. A server-enforced guardrail where logging a loss makes the database shrink your cap and lock spending, with no override button.
  9. The Armorer Proof Wall. A public, self-updating page of real run-receipts that cannot be edited or faked.
  10. The Cartographer network constellation and warm-path finder. Your relationships as a living map and the shortest warm intro to anyone.
  11. The Gatekeeper vision and discipline builds. A photo-reading agent and a dawn briefing your Council writes while you sleep.
  12. The cohort capstone — Build Your Own Council in 30 Days. Scope it, build the shell, light a node, give it a brain, then deploy it behind a free access gate and cap its spend.

WHO IT'S FOR

For doers who build, not skim

Builders, solo operators, and small-business owners who want to run more than they should be able to as one person — and who want to actually build the system, not just watch a demo. It fits anyone from a near-beginner who has never shipped code (the track starts from zero and stays on a roughly $25–40/mo stack) up to a technical operator who wants a real, copyable architecture for an AI command center.

It is for doers who learn by building in public and shipping real things, not for people looking for a passive course to skim.

One thing to be clear about: the track teaches you to build YOUR own command center — it does not build your app for you. You leave with the system, the files, and the skills to run it yourself, not a done-for-you deliverable.

STRAIGHT ANSWERS

The honest objections

Is this for total beginners?

Yes. The track starts from zero and stays on a roughly $25–40/mo stack. You don't need to have shipped a line of code — you build the command center panel by panel, and every step is on camera. It also works for technical operators who want a real, copyable architecture rather than a demo.

Do you build my app for me?

No. This teaches you to build YOUR own command center — you leave with the system, the files, and the skills to run it yourself. It is not a done-for-you build. The whole point is that by the end you have a real, deployed system that's yours, not a deliverable you're dependent on me to maintain.

What does the stack cost to run?

Roughly $25–40 a month. The build is designed from the start to run on a streaming-subscription-sized budget — no team, no funding, no enterprise tooling. You'll learn the runway math and spend caps so the system can never quietly drain your account.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. It's a monthly membership — cancel whenever you want. The annual option ($590/yr, two months free) is there if you'd rather lock the founding rate for a full year, but nothing obligates you to it.

Is the founding rate really locked?

Yes — the $59/mo founding rate is locked for life for members who join at it. As the room fills, the price rises to $79 for new members. If you're in at $59, you stay at $59.
